James Hunter
James was commissioned a bandsman in 1965 at Bradford, moving to Derby in 2003.
A retired fire-fighter, now works part time for the Ambulance service (Patient transport)
Married to Ruth since 2003 and has four children - Nigel (35) Lee (32) Graeme (30) and Yvonne (24) James has six grandchildren.
Hobbies include D.I.Y; books by Chris Ryan, being outdoors and going to the theatre.
James started playing an instrument in the young peoples band and at school, he also travelled to Yugoslavia with Bradford schools band for a week tour.
