Paul Finnity

 

Paul has been a member of the Derby Central Corps since his birth and was commissioned a bandsman in 1971. He is married to Janet (Roman Catholic) and has two children Emma and Jonathan.

Paul has played both tenor and bass trombone since joining the band and also plays bass trombone for Salvo Brass ( a band made up of current and former Salvation Army Bandsmen.

In his working life he is an Insolvency Practitioner and a partner at Begbies Traynor. His claim to fame was acting as Administrator to Nott's County Football Club, saving the worlds oldest league club from extinction.
