Favourite Sports team. Preston North End (The Invincibles) The only team to have won the league and cup without conceding a goal (and who have never had to be bailed out of appalling debt or stolen managers and backroom staff)
Colin Sneade
Colin was commisioned a bandsman at Southport in 1973. He studied Tuba with Stuart Roebuck at the Royal Northern College of Music, where he Graduated with a GRNCM and also the Professional Performers Diploma PPRNCM, being the first Tuba player to be awarded it.
Colin has played with the Halle, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestras, as well as Halle Brass and RLPO Brass Ensemble, and has been Concerto soloist in Moscow, Leningrad,Kiev, Prague, Sarajevo and Belgrade, performing the Edward Gregson Tuba Concerto, or the Robert Ramskill Tuba Concerto, which was written for him. Colin is presently Head of Creative Arts at Merrill College in Derby. He is married to Karen and they have 4 children and one grandson.
