Lincoln -
What a great weekend this was!! The young people from Derby travelled early Sunday morning over to Lincoln arriving just in time to set up and prepare for the morning worship.
Led by Singing Company Leader (Althea) this was a lovely meeting with interaction from Lincoln and Derby folk.
During the day the young people gained the most valuable experience of the day. Lunch was provided by Lincoln corps for all the young people who appeared to have such a great day together. I am sure that both parties met some new friends and thoroughly enjoyed this sharing experience.
The evening meeting was led by Junior Band Leader (David) and included a joint item with Derby Central Singing Company and Kaleidoscope singing group from Lincoln.
The visitors from Derby Central then tucked into a faith tea with the Lincoln Corps Folk before travelling back to Derby, exhausted but happy!!
